Paris...Part II - Traditional food

Paris is as wonderful as it gets, and so does its food.
In there, you can find and eat any kind of food you want, but this time I'll hold to some traditional stuff.
If you have the chance to go to Boulevard Saint Michel area, there you will find hundreds of restaurants offering the "Menu", normally with a starter, first course, second and dessert. You can easily find good food for 12 euros, which makes you think if Paris is really more expensive than other cities in Europe...
For me, there are two things I must have if I'm in Paris (or even France I suppose) : the steak au poivre vert and the chevre chaud.

Steak au poivre vert

The steak, that normally comes with pommes frittes, can be either hard or soft, it will depend on your luck when you chose the restaurant. But if you are lucky enough, then you will experience simple and great food, along with a creamy tasty pepper sauce.
Another tip: just before you have your steak, try the chevre chaud as a starter. It is a kind of salad, but the salad is only an excuse for the wonderful toasted french bread with goat's cheese on top. Chaud, of course, melting around your plate. You will never forget (as I never did)!

 Bon appetit! Au revoir!
