hard work at the gym and I've been eaten more meat, that's why my diet coach told me to do ^^

and guess what...it made me say good bye to another 0.5 kgs!!!

Feels strange that i have lost as much as i have since i stated with this diet 4 months ago.

Keepon going!!wanna say good bye to more weight until i leave for Canada ^^
