noonajenny's "ELF's Oath.wmv"

noonajenny on Youtube made a video title "ELF's Oath.wmv" and it inspired me to create an Official ELF's Oath, because to the best of my knowledge there isn't one yet. (Here's the link to my "Official ELF's Oath.")
