Ristorante Zeb - Firenze (English and Portugues)

Ok, I know I've written about Zeb before...but believe me, you just can't get enough of it. For me it's simply impossible to get enough of good food. So then I must write again, but this time with much more "knowledge" to share...
It's still in the same place, San Niccolò, and it's still runned by the same owners Giuseppina and Alberto. And yes, they're still making REALLY good food...the only thing that changed, in my opinion, it that now they're always fully booked, it seems that people finally discovered them.

There you can find probably the best filled fresh pasta in town, and you can find it always with new fillings and sauces (Giuseppina's ideais I guess). Besides that, there are fixed dishes, and others that change every day...the same for desserts, made by Alberto. I must say that the Apple " Vin Santo" pie with crema pasticcera was the best thing with apples that I've ever eaten...but you have to be lucky enough to find it, if you're going there. Otherwise you can try the other options, that are good too.
When I think of good food I always remember my grandma, and when I think of good food in Florence I remember Zeb. Comfort food, slow food, italian classic food...you name it. For me it's all of that, and maybe a little bit more...

Ok, eu sei que ja escrevi sobre o Zeb antes...mas, acredite, nao existe exageros quando se fala de boa comida, e dessa vez escrevo, definitivamente, com mais conhecimento de causa...
O Zeb continua no mesmo lugar, em San Niccolò, e continua nas maos dos mesmos donos e chefs, Giuseppina e Alberto. E sim, a comida continua otima...a unica coisa que parece ter mudado é que, agora, eles estao sempre com a casa lotada. Parece que as pessoas finalmente descobriram o Zeb...
La voce pode encontrar a melhor massa fresca "recheada" de Florença, sempre com novos recheios e molhos (Ideias criativas da proprietaria Giuseppina, certamente). Alem disso, tem sempre o menu fixo, com classicos como a Tripa alla Fiorentina, Berinjela a parmiggiana, Peposo, etc...o mesmo vale para as sobremesas. A melhor coisa com maça de ja comi na vida foi a torta de maças con Vin Santo e crema pasticcera do Zeb. Todas as sobremesas sao feitas pelo Alberto, e voce precisa de sorte para encontrar essa torta especifica. Caso nao seja assim tao sortudo, pode experimentar outras sobremesas sempre frescas e feitas no local.
Quando eu penso em comida boa, imediamente lembro da minha avo. Quando eu penso em comida boa em Florença, sempre penso no Zeb. Slow food, comfort food, culinaria classica italiana..chame como quiser. Para mim é uma mistura de todas as anteriores, e talvez ate um pouco mais...
