Hwang Tae Hee is the daughter of a chaebol and team leader at work. She was married to Bong Joon Soo working in the same company. When Bong Joon Soo's ex-girlfriend, Yeo Jin Baek, who happened to Hwang Hee Tae rival, too, began to work in a team, problems began to surface. Tae Hee to juggle the challenges in love with their work, helped shape his boss and the department director, Goo Yong Shik, from generation chaebol insensitive and not interested in second to a true leader. The success of tae hee looks in love, however, presents other problems as he began to realize that marriage involves just as many obstacles to overcome.
